Some are longstanding clients who trust us year after year. Some are previous clients where relationships are ready to be reignited. Many are firms we've identified as ideal prospects but haven't yet engaged with or engaged with consistently. These businesses are often overlooked because larger clients naturally command more attention. Yet collectively they represent an enormous commercial opportunity. We're looking for someone to take ownership of this market. You'll have access to warm relationships, established market credibility and the backing of one of the strongest brands in the sector. However, make no mistake, this is a build. Success will come from developing relationships, creating opportunities, winning trust and becoming the go-to recruitment partner for this community.
