About The Role Job Title: Family Hubs Coordinator Contract: 2 year Fixed Term Hours: 37 Salary: HC08 37,563 - £42,123 per annum Location: Plough Lane, Hereford Closing date : 18/10/2026 The Role Are you passionate about giving children the best possible start in life? Do you have the vision, creativity and leadership skills to bring partners together and drive meaningful change for families? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Family Hubs Coordinator to lead the development of our new Family Hubs programme across Herefordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a countywide network of support for children, parents and carers, working alongside early years providers, schools, health services, voluntary organisations and local communities. You will oversee the development of a minimum of 5-7 Best Start Family Hubs, manage a dedicated team, build strong partnerships and ensure families can access the right support at the right time. You'll play a key role in improving child development, school readiness, family wellbeing and reducing inequalities across the county. We're looking for someone with experience of working with children, young people and families, strong partnership and project management skills, and a passion for innovation and service improvement. In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of children and families across Herefordshire while helping to shape a flagship programme with significant local impact.
