The Challenge As an Employee Relations Specialist , you'll play an important role in fostering a positive, respectful and compliant workplace across our global business. Based in the UK and reporting to the Senior Manager you'll primarily support EMEA while also providing assistance across North America and APAC. As part of our collaborative global Employee Relations team, you will independently manage straightforward workplace investigations from intake through to outcome. In addition, you'll provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of employee relations topics, including performance management, disciplinary processes, workplace support and the consistent application of company policies. You'll also contribute to the development and implementation of global and local policies, guidance, training and initiatives that help create a fair, respectful and high-performing workplace. Success in this role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as you'll work closely with employees at all levels of the organisation, managers, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance and People Operations. You'll be trusted to exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality and deliver practical, balanced advice while ensuring matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with our values and legal obligations.
